We successfully completed the turnkey fit-out project for Prime Delivery Company’s headquarters, taking over the facility and executing all required infrastructure, technical, and security systems. The project ensured a modern, secure, and fully integrated work environment that supports the company’s daily operations with high levels of efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Project Scope of Work
The fit-out and implementation works included:
- Electrical system installation and power point distribution tailored to the building’s requirements and the equipment in use.
- Design and installation of a CCTV surveillance system covering critical areas to enhance security throughout the building.
- Supply and installation of fire alarm systems in accordance with technical requirements and safety standards.
- Establishment and preparation of the network infrastructure, including internet and communication points connecting the various departments.
- Structured installation and routing of network cabling throughout the building, including connectivity and testing to ensure stable and high-speed communication.
- Installation and configuration of telephone PBX systems and internal telephony solutions to facilitate communication between employees and departments.
- Comprehensive testing of all systems to verify their readiness, efficiency, and performance prior to project handover.
Project Result
The building was handed over fully equipped, with all systems successfully installed, tested, and commissioned, making it ready for actual use and operations. The project was executed according to a well-structured implementation plan, with careful attention to quality, work organization, safety requirements, and the future scalability and expandability of the systems.
